Refund and Returns Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

1.1 The online semen analysis, DNA fragmentation testing, and consultation services are non-refundable booking services. FertilityCheck will not refund patients who fail to make their appointment slot. Please contact FertilityCheck directly by email, should circumstances exist that impact precise sample delivery timing.
1.2 FertilityCheck reserves the right on occasion to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should a cancelation event occur then your payment would be refunded.
1.3 Should a patient decide to reschedule an appointment, they may do so more than one week before the appointed time. Within one week of the appointment all payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations or return of goods

2.1 Goods purchased from may be returned within 7 days of receipt of them. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of FertilityCheck as to whether a return or exchange will be accepted.
2.2 Products that have been opened and or used cannot be returned to us for refund. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. You will be liable for the cost of returning items to us.
2.3 Cancellation fees: Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a €5 handling charge will also apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. If the item was damaged in transit

3.1 If you accept the delivery of a package from FertilityCheck and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
3.2 Any breakages or damage should be reported to us within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

4. If there is a fault with goods

4.1 Please keep any warranty information that might accompany your item. It may be easier for you to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.
4.2 When returning items please supply details of your reference order number, name and date of order. You will be liable for the cost of re-delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during the return post. We do not accept responsibility for items lost during the return post and recommend that this post is certified. FertilityCheck will check all items returned as damaged or defective.
